Your responsibilities and impact working as a Technical Customer Service Specialist will be :
- Supporting customers with inquiries related to telecom services, focusing on technical questions
- Maintaining and updating the customers' accounts
- Dealing with sensible data
- Ensuring high-quality service and customers' satisfaction
