Your responsibilities
-Contributing to delivering talent processes with special focus on recruitment.
-Be an active part of our team and take full responsibility for the entire recruitment process including kick-offs with hiring managers, candidate selection, communication, interviews and offer negotiations.
-Contributing to our digital journey and best-in-class user experience.
-Effectively partnering with our colleagues to ensure coordination with candidates and hiring managers run smoothly and efficiently (e.g., job posting, interview scheduling, job offer processing).
-Proactively contributing to showcase ABB as a great employer, by participating in job fairs, partnering with universities, and using LinkedIn and internal tools.
-Actively contributing to Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives.
-Recommending new practices, processes, or policies to improve HR function.
