  1. Responsibilities/Activities

 

  • Overall responsible for the Global /Regional Development of the IT Service Desk, SLA achievement, improvement actions.
  • Keeping eSO and account structure up to date on local level as well as managing ICAs.
  • Participates in meeting with the client presenting current numbers and action plans
  • Monitors Global roll-out of the releases
  • Approves non-standard solutions for Global Clients
  • Maintains framework of WU’s and KPI’s in cooperation with Business Operations Support
  • Enables & drives delivery in improving WU cost levels and KPI performance through automation
  • Maintains relationships with vendors in collaboration with Global Purchasing
  • Negotiates and agrees globally cost prices with vendors in collaboration with Global Purchasing

 

 

        Reports to Regional OPs lead

 

    Pre-requisites

 

  • Proficiency in English and German
  • Works well with Excel and PPT
  • Reporting skills
  • Proactive person
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in management role (TL, local TSM, capacity management, etc).
  • Minimum 1 year working in Atos.
