The Opportunity:

The position focus is to ensure the correct execution of the sales and trade dynamics plans defined by the Trade Marketing Coordinator and DTS/ WHS/OT Sales Managers. Also provide support to drive MU business growth year by year, ensuring a sustain growth of all BU's in all OU´s of Costa Rica.

Your Impact:

As Trade Marketing Coordinator your functions would consist of

• Partners with DTS, WHS and OT sales teams to deploy Customer Value offer for all Customers.
• Built key trade initiatives in coordination with ke accounts enhancing customers volume and PepsiCo profitability
• Conect with commercial agreement trade initiatives to strength customer relationship and volume
• Identifies market trends and deploy commercial strategies to capatilize growth along with sales team
• Refresh Execution standars and provide Point Of Sale execution visibility
• Support Commercial transformational project from a trade and merchandising perspective
• Connection and playbook communication to FL
• Design and tracking of sales contests
• Point of Contact for the Sales, Finance teams for New Business Proposals
