Job description:
Trainer is responsible to train new staff and existing members, provide training of initial program and specific customer procedures and refreshments. Identify training needs by evaluating strenghts and weaknesses. Creation of customer's specific and general company training material, create and maintain training plans, works with Quality Analysts to create specific improvement plans for identified weak spots. Monitors trainees' performance and response to training.
Required Skills:
- Fluent in Italian/Spanish and English;
- Strong communication skills, people orientation and endowed with charism;
- Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences;
- Be observant to detect the individual knowledge needs;
- Guiding qualities and inspiring attitude;
- An organized and pro-active approach;
- A clear, logical thiker who takes the initiative to make decisions;
- IT technical orientation;
- Strong MS Office skills.
