  • Be a product expert on Tesla vehiclesand technologies, having a full understanding of the advantages anddisadvantages of the oldermodels, how they compare with the new versions and stayingup to date with the latest developments and trends.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, marketdynamics, and competitors’ offerings to provide insights and suggestions for refiningthe sales process.
  • Deliver accurate and comprehensiveinformation about the features, benefits, and distinctive qualities of Tesla's pre-ownedvehicles to potential buyers.
  • Tailor vehicle recommendations based oncustomer preferences, driving habits, and budget constraints.
  • Expertly navigate customers through thesales process, covering aspects such as financing alternatives, trade-ins, and deliveryschedules.
  • Establish trust as a reliable advisor byaddressing customer inquiries, concerns, and objections promptly and knowledgeably.
  • Contribute actively to the refinementand success of the Certified Pre-Owned program, offering valuable feedback oncustomer experiences and aiding in product development and process optimization.
  • Work hand on hand with other departmentsto ensure the reduction of dwell and increased profitability of our Used Car Business(operations, refurbishment, etc.)
  • Create exceptional customer experiencesthat surpass expectations, fostering enduring customer relationships.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targetsand performance metrics.

General duties:

  • Operate with a flexible mindset to supportsales and delivery needs across the team
  • Ensure that customer details and all actionsare accurately tracked and updated in our internal systems
  • Execute on and share best practices withand across your Tesla location
  • Educate customers on the full Tesla ecosystemand all available solutions available to meet their needs
  • In respect to Tesla’s processes, timely executeon sales administrative duties including contract completion, finance, and workin close collaboration with relevant stakeholders to get it done
  • Manage any additional duties to support widerbusiness requirements

  • The ability to explain complex topics tocustomers in simple terms
  • Focus on educating and understanding customers'needs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressureenvironment, and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizationalskills
  • Ability to work independently and as partof a team
  • Understand English and Italian language and communicatein it, when needed
  • Valid driving license
