YOUR CHALLENGE
Researching and communicating with different departments and types of users to understand their needs.
Working hand-in-hand with developers to conceptualize and design internal tools.
UI design for internal webs and apps: from website flowcharts to final assets.
Researching the AdTech industry to come up with new innovative solutions or improve the existing ones.
Applying your UX/UI knowledge to improve the KPIs of our solutions.
YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF
You have a relevant degree in Design or a related field, and formation in UX/UI.
You have a solid knowledge in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Figma.
You feel passionate about the conceptual part of design (Researching, talking to users, understanding problems, lateral thinking…) and the aesthetic part of design (Organizing lots of information, composing texts and layouts, designing icons, creating systems…).
You are detail oriented, perfectionist, ambitious, and motivated by learning new things.
You can communicate in Spanish and have a good level of English.
It would be a big plus if:
You have experience working with Wordpress or similar web building platforms.
You have basic HTML and CSS knowledge.
You have knowledge on animation and motion graphics, and/or can use After Effects.
