Responsibilities:
Financial Target Management:
- Drive the events department towards achieving the financial target set for 2024.
Lead Handling and Customer Care:
- Respond promptly to all inquiries for private events at Cascada, ensuring excellent customer care.
- Provide personalized quotes through email, site visits, follow-up calls, and payment collection.
Marketing and Lead Generation:
- Proactively seek new leads through collaboration with DMCs, wedding planners, and direct sales channels.
- Identify opportunities for showcasing Cascada on various platforms such as blogs, articles, and magazines.
Supplier Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain enduring relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable deals for services offered at our restaurant, including musicians and decoration.
Collaboration with Operations Teams:
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and operational teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Coordinate and execute all aspects of events, including logistics, setup, and breakdown.
- Be present on-site at all times during the event to oversee and ensure smooth operations.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
Staff Supervision and Training:
- Supervise and train event staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold Cascada's standards.
Post-Event Analysis:
- Analyze post-event feedback and metrics to continuously improve event quality and customer satisfaction.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role or demonstrated expertise in sales.
- Familiarity with the operational aspects of a restaurant.
