Field of activity
The Rehabilitation department ensures the earningcapacity of our insured persons by providing advice and approvingrehabilitation and prevention services.
In cooperation with therehabilitation centers and external contractual institutions, wetake responsibility for the consistently high quality ofrehabilitation and its further development.
Your tasks
- Management and supportof IT projects, in particular for the further development of ITprocesses in the rehabilitation sector
- Designing IT processes and coordinating technical requirements atthe interface between the specialist department, the IT departmentsof German Pension Insurance and external service providers
- As-is process analysis and design of targetprocesses
- Organization, moderation andfollow-up of workshops
- Management andcollaboration in working and project groups
- Contributing to the development and implementation of the digitalstrategy
- Creating reports and evaluationsfor division and department heads
Your profile
- Successfully completed university studies (Master's degree orequivalent) in the field of business informatics or computerscience or a university degree (Master's degree or equivalent) inthe field of economics with a specialization in IT
- Methodical expertise in process and data modeling
- User knowledge of common project managementtools
- Knowledge of agile project managementmethods is an advantage
- Strong communicationand presentation skills round off your profile
- Willingness to undertake occasional business trips
