The Online Agency team isresponsible for online services for private customers and aims todigitize the core services for this target group.
We do this"end-to-end", in cross-agency teams, user-centered and based onmodern technologies. To successfully fulfil this mission, we arelooking for new talents who share our passion for digitaladministration, gov-tech, user-centricity, agile working and thedigitalization of processes.
Together, we are able to offer simple,user-friendly and relevant online services for our customers andestablish the "customer portal" or the "online pension application"as the "new normal", for example.
Your tasks
For our team we are looking for motivateddevelopers with different specializations (frontend, backend, fullstack) who would like to further develop the online services ofDeutsche Rentenversicherung with us!
- You will supervise new and existing development projectsin the area of online services for Deutsche Rentenversicherung
- To do this, you will analyze, evaluate andspecify complex customer requirements and work with the relevantproduct teams and specialist departments and process any ticketsthat arise
- You will work ininterdisciplinary, cross-agency, agile product teams with the aimof optimizing the online services of Deutsche Rentenversicherungfor citizens
Front-end specific :
- User-centered design of userinterfaces and interfaces
- Identification ofoptimization potential to increase user-friendliness
- Collaboration with the "Design System" team at DeutscheRentenversicherung
Backend-specific :
- Furtherdevelopment of the backend
- Designing teststhat ensure the quality assurance of IT applications
- Helping to shape the development standards at DeutscheRentenversicherung
Your profile
- You have successfully completed auniversity degree (Bachelor, Diploma FH) in the field of computerscience, business informatics or a comparable field of study orhave successfully completed vocational training, further educationor training in the IT sector
- You haveseveral years of professional experience in the field of softwaredevelopment
- Ideally, you have experience infront-end, back-end or full-stack development
- Knowledge of Angular, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML(5) as well as XML, JSON or knowledge of source management systems(e.
g. Git), JakartaEE, SQL, Oracle, Maven and experience withtechnical infrastructures (IT systems, interfaces, etc.) are anadvantage
- Ideally, you have already beenpart of interdisciplinary, agile development teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellentcommunication skills round off your profile
