This role will lead analytics for the WS Managed Services Pricing and Go-to-Market (GTM) Team. Key activities will include setting and tracking funnel targets for optimal margin and revenue attainment, advanced pricing analytics and automation through AI/ML modeling, and custom strategic business analysis as needed. This role will span Managed Device Services (MDS), Managed Collaboration Services (MCS) and Manage Print Services (MPS).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop metrics to optimize, track and predict contractual revenue and margin funnel via direct and channel sales motions.

  • Drive and innovate adoption of signed deal margin “affordability” program.

  • Identify, characterize, develop, track and communicate relevant metrics for analysis reporting and insights for executive consumption.

  • Support Market, direct sales & channel business teams as the subject matter expert in optimizing portfolio of contractual business.

  • Standardize methodologies across contractual businesses and geographies by identifying best practices. Leverage, innovate, and develop new processes.

  • Contribute and collaborate with the business and planning process through modeling of past, current, and future performance.

  • Develop and socialize default AMPV projections in global pricing tools.

  • Ad hoc analysis in support of short-term projects, executive reviews, and deal escalations.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, or a technical/engineering field.

  • Graduate degree with concentrations in Analytics, AI/ML, Operations Management, or similar fields.

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in product marketing, pricing, financial and business analysis, services marketing, services delivery.

  • Experience within managed services business and a deep understanding of the business models of direct and channel motions are essential.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Advanced quantitative, predictive, and financial modeling ability. Demonstrated ability to manage data including competency to build and administer databases in support of cost, pricing, and margin analysis.

  • Demonstrated ability to establish, manage, review, and interpret metrics for funnel management and business performance.

  • Superior project management skills, with capability to partner and manage cross functional teams in multiple geographies. Demonstrated ability to solicit, motivate and manage contributions from subject matter experts across organizational, functional, and geographical boundaries.

  • Advanced communication and influencing skills; mastery in English. Demonstrated strong ability to condense and simplify complex content for executive consumption and verbal, written, and visual communication.

  • Demonstrated ability to frame and model business cases for impact.

  • Understanding of business’ financial performance specifically the ability to characterize elements of cost and price and their impact on the P&L.
