Tasks
As an Administrative and Technical Support Agent, you will provide Technical Support to entrepreneurs using a payment terminal.
Additionally, you will offer administrative support to entrepreneurs with a contract for the processing of debit card transactions.
This support can be extended to both small and large businesses and will be provided via phone, email, and / or tickets.
Requirements
- Fluent in the requested language
- Working proficiency in English
- Customer-friendly, problem-solving, and organized work approach.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in working with multiple customer systems.
- Enjoying helping people and handling situations where patience and customer focus are key is important
