Responsibilities :
- Addressing technical inquiries and issues via phone and email.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical problems.
- Assisting with product installation, configuration, and usage.
- Proactively suggesting product improvements and additional services to customers.
- Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Handling incoming inquiries and requests with precision and efficiency.
What do we require?
- Strong technical aptitude and a keen interest in telecommunication technologies.
- Native fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) and proficient in English.
- Professional demeanor and problem-solving skills.
- While experience in customer service is preferred, it's not mandatory.
