Functions to be developed :
- Realization of payslip, social security and knowledge about taxes related to the personnel area.
- Management and communication of contracts (personnel movements, settlements and calculation of compensation)
- Use of RED System (CRETA and CRA management) and Contrat@, Certificad@s, SILTRA and other personnel management platforms.
- Employee social benefits management
- Collaborate in the management of the Flexible Remuneration policy.
- Management and processing of sick leave, work accidents, maternity, paternity.
- Advice, guidance and attention to workers and to the different departments of the company in labor matters.
- Activity reporting and other administrative tasks of the Area
Desired requirements :
- Degree in Labour Relations, Labour Sciences or Law.
- Knowledge of current labor legislation.
- English (C1 level certificate).
- Proactive, orderly and methodical person.
- High level of Excel and database skills.
- Management of PeopleNet personnel management application.
Experience :
- Between three and five years in a position with similar characteristics.
- Experience in the Insurance sector and knowledge of the Sector Agreement will be valued.
