YOUR MISSION
Glovo () is looking for a passionate, proactive, data-driven and hands-on professional to support our Live Operations department in our headquarters in Barcelona.
You will act and operate as a startup within a startup, providing both strategic thinking and analytical skills to help building excellence in Operations with focus on our Partners
THE JOURNEY
- Understand the operations model in Glovo to provide advice to the different teams
- Contribute to the business discussion by suggesting different and novel analysis approaches
- Translate business queries into quantified & insightful reporting and KPIs to assess performance and determine the effectiveness of the implemented initiatives
- Ensure scalability of the reporting
- Own creation and structure of Live Operations KPIs, ensure they are properly implemented in the DDBB
- Define and design dashboards to give visibility to the top-management of the Live Operations performance
- Follow a data-driven decision-making process
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Bachelor in Computer Science, Maths / Physics, Engineering
- 1-2 year experience working on analytic
- Demonstrated proficiency in working with clean & optimized SQL, querying mid to large volumes of data.
- Consulting experience is a plus
- Python is a plus
- Good understanding of how to extract insights from DDBB
- Ability to create robust, insightful, and story-telling visualizations using modern BI & Analytics tools and ability to identify data Issues.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Comfortable working in a high growth and high performance start-up with a fast pace
- Professional English
