What you’ll be doing :
We are looking for a resourceful , very hands-on and efficient Business Operations Intern who will help us to ensure data veracity , support the back office operations on asset onboarding and collaborate in the key task of justifying offers to the different Financial Services we are working with.
This unique opportunity will teach you how to build new processes and make them efficient from scratch, how to solve absolutely any problem, and the mentality to achieve any goal.
Your day-to-day responsibilities :
- Point of contact of different financial services for Offer's relevant information exchange.
- Owner of the offer's pipeline updated status and followed up on deadlines to increase the offer acceptance rate.
- Internal communication with the sales team in order to build offer defence and provide feedback on the sales efforts.
- Owner of processes to introduce new assets into our platform.
- Fixing data issues and inconsistencies.
- Coordinating external collaborators to ensure success on manual data point extraction.
About You :
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Proficient in technology, especially Microsoft Office applications.
- BSc degree in a relevant field.
- Availability to work full-time
- Strong analytical mindset.
- Highly organized and with a proven ability to oversee several projects simultaneously.
- Proactive qualities with the willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision.
