We are looking for a Buyer who has experience with indirect purchases and in IT area.
Perfil
- Propose and implement the Purchasing strategy to rationalize the supplier base while optimizing our costs for your Portfolio Iberica & Latam
- Evolution of the scope each year according to the evolution of the group.
- Formalize the purchasing strategy and the action plan prioritized on defined families
- Execute the actions identified in partnership with the internal entities concerned, particularly in the context of complete sourcing processes or one-off interventions.
- Contribute closely to the evolution of Cegid's purchasing function to make it a "best-in-class" and recognized function.
- Provide expertise and formalization of methods, tools and processes on all functional and business pillars of the purchasing function
- Be the partner of stakeholders to better understand the internal need and facilitate contracting with our partners.
- In charge of Iberica & LATAM subjects.
- Spend : Approx 20M€.
- Target : -10% cost reduction.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 3 years in a similar position, specialized in direct purchasing categories in the IT field.
- Master's Degree in Procurement or Business Management .
- Expertise in the purchasing process (Sourcing, Business case, RFX, RFQ) as well as the office suite.
- Ability to analyze and negotiate.
- Fluency in Spanish, English (mandatory) & Portuguese (preferable).
- Availability to occasional trips.
- Strength of proposal, Organized, Ability to challenge these interlocutors and the supplier panel.
- Capacity to apply and communicate (for all perimeter IBERICA & LATAM) process and Tool Cegid Group.
- Member of Global procurement Team based in France
- Managed by Procurement Specialist (based in France)
