Softwarepackager (m / f / d) in client management
Permanent position, full-time - Cologne
Yourtasks
- You package and distributesoftware products using modern scripting languages
- You work with common software distribution solutionssuch as Microsoft Intune, Microsoft SCCM (Endpoint ConfigurationManager), OPSI and others
- You improve andoptimize the software distribution processes
- You analyze and rectify faults in new and existing softwarepackages
- You are the central contact person(m / f / d) for the introduction of new software products
- You carry out functional tests of new software packages
- You create associated documentation anddevelop it further
- You work in 2nd levelsupport for Windows 10 and Windows 11 computers
Your profile
- You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as anIT specialist (or comparable) or an IT degree
- Relevant certifications or completed training coursesare nice, but not essential
- You work just aswell independently as part of a team
- A goodtechnical understanding, a pronounced service and solutionorientation as well as a structured and careful way of workingcharacterize you
- Ideally, you have a class Bdriving license
- Fluent written and spokenGerman is a prerequisite - English is an advantage
Your experience
Soundknowledge in the following areas is desirable :
- Creation of software packages (e.g. withPowershell and Batch) or (initial) scripting experience
- Carrying out error analyses of softwarepackages / programs as well as troubleshooting in Windowsenvironments
- Knowledge of scripting orprogramming languages (Powershell, Python or others)
- Creation of concepts and installation instructions
