Tasks

Yourrole

You conduct business telephone calls withcompanies in the Netherlands, to invite them to participate(without any obligation to buy) with purchasingcollectives.

Tasks

• Make calls, contact debtors to inform them of the amountoutstanding and work out a payment plan.
• Answering emails from debtors with questions aboutpayment plans and unpaid invoices.
• Receivecalls, answer debtors' calls and provide them with the informationrequired for their file.

Requirements

• C2 Dutchlevel of required language
• Working proficiencyin English
• Good call management (structure,efficiency, assertiveness)
• Empathy
• Soft skills
• Attendance
• Good general appearance
• Previousexperience in collections
• Respectful andpositive towards customers;
• Solution-orientedthinking;
