What you ll do :
Solving problems of customer issue by providing appropriate information and excellent customer support and service.
Delivering an excellent Customer Care and to be a key enabler in Customer Care to achieve quality objectives and standards.
Supporting the Customer Care model by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining quality relations with existing customers and recognizing cross-selling opportunities.
You should apply if you bring :
German as mother tongue level
Upper Intermediate English level
Previous experience in customer service
Familiar with Office
We will offer you :
Permanent contract starting on the 1st of March.
Monday to Friday shifts 9am to 5 : 30pm.
Work from home 3 days a week optional
Salary : 25324.13 euros gross per year plus monthly chalenges.
