Customer Experience Support Intern
Direct Report To: Customer Care Manager, Iberia
Group/Division: Life Sciences
Position Location: Spain – Alcobendas (Madrid)

Summary of Internship
Internship positions provide an opportunity for students to get hands on experience in a commercial environment.
Functions:
As part of the Customer Care team in Madrid you will be in contact with customers from Life Sciences organizations, Biotech and Clinical companies or public institutions. You will support our Customer Experience activities aiming at providing excellent service to our customers.
When joining the team, you will be introduced to many commercial and administrative processes that support the order fulfillment cycle, including quoting and public tenders as well as you will collaborate with diverse parts of the function. You will have a wide portfolio of tasks to complete. Plus test your natural curiosity in challenging status quo, propose for process improvement opportunities and suggestions for efficiency gains.
Qualifications:
• Student currently enrolled in classes leading to an accredited Bachelor’s degree - Commercial or Lifesciences field
• Students requiring to complete an internship
. Fluency in English and Spanish
• Desire and motivation to develop a career in Customer experience
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a cross-functional team
• Ability to learn, be mentored, and improve
• Outstanding customer focus
• Accuracy and attention to detail is required in performing all functions of this position.
• Ability to identify and solve problems and to multi-task under deadlines
• Work in close collaboration with key stakeholders such as Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, to ensure a fast and professional response to our customers’ inquiries
• Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
• Must demonstrate judgment, tact and diplomacy in dealing with internal and external customers
• Adhere to SOP’s, SLA’s and departmental training guidelines
• Excellent written and oral communications skills are required
• Experience with Microsoft Office package
