 a) Responsibilities:   

*Adhere to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), SLAs (Service Level Agreements), and departmental training guidelines. assuring diligent manage effectively to customers, providing timely responses, with courtesy and professionalism, taking full ownership about orders, inquiries, complaints, and any other needs by customer (internal and external) done thru phone calls, general email inbox or individual email or any other communication channels available.

*Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and direct activities to appropriate departments.

*Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.

*Work on assignments/projects as part of a team (not limited to local area)

*Escalate and problem solve customer inquiries and complaints without managerial support.

*Maintains daily Customer Services reports.

*Inform customer of deals and promotions.

*Tenders, ensure collation of information from all relevant parties, provides timely response to Public and Private Tenders invitations.

*Coordintaes with internal departments (Sales and support) to provide relevant information and input. Acts according to Co. policy and procedures.

*Escalates T&C issues to Finance/Legal when required. Be involved in European Tender group sharing experience and reporting.

*Follow guidelines for effective coverage of phone and email service.

*Respect timetable and turns established to cover phone service (uninterrupted service) from 8am to 17.00 pm.

*Handling with carriers and suppliers.

*General office or reception duties required.

b) Minimum Qualifications:   

*Shown experience in similar administrative roles.

*Competent with Microsoft Office suite.

*Ability to work in a team and under pressure.

*Excellent time management skills.

*Good interpersonal and communication skills in English; Portuguese would be an asset.
