We are experts in short, medium and long term premium apartment rentals. We rent apartments and new housing concepts designed by us in prime locations and with a personalized service. We do this by understanding the different vital needs of people and today's society.
What you'll do:
- Build and maintain effective relationships with customers to provide the best possible Customer Service, understand their expectations, and be accountable for the success of their conversion rate.
- Take calls and redirect them to the appropriate person within the sales team.
- Return all missed calls.
- Support the Commercial Team to ensure the information is up-to-date on our system.
- Keep up to date with Home Club's entire portfolio and services to ensure maximum resolution of customer inquiries over the phone.
- Support the team with communication with the tenants.
- Make weekly reports and follow up on our customers' requests and solutions.
- Manage the customer support team.
About you:
- Previous Customer Service/suppport experience is a plus.
- Excellent level of English.
- Ability to multitask.
- Confident on the phone with great communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport with our clients.
- This is an ideal position for someone who has just graduated and is looking to start their career in Customer Service.
