This internship is based in Barcelona.
The Customer Success Team is made up of around 17 people of different nationalities. The team’s main goal is providing outstanding, personalized assistance to each client to create long-lasting, sustainable relationships during the client’s lifecycle.
Our goal is to ensure a seamless and satisfying customer experience while maintaining a high level of user satisfaction and loyalty.
In this context, we are looking to welcome an enthusiastic, dynamic Customer Success Manager intern to the Small and Medium Business (SMB) team!
Your main tasks include but are not limited to :
- Answer in a timely manner to all clients’ requests.
- Regularly hold meetings online with clients.
- Anticipate renewals and prepare contracts proposals with Team Lead.
- Communicate new features to clients.
- Keep up with client satisfaction and take actions to increase retention.
- Effectively communicating with the Support Team to ensure technical issues are taken care of.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills :
- You are fluent in English and (Spanish or French) (Other languages are a plus).
- You feel comfortable talking to clients, you are a good communicator and have empathy.
- You are a problem-solver and you are not afraid of diving into analysis.
- You have good interpersonal skills, you know how to deal with all types of people and you like to work in a team.
- You are autonomous, proactive and resourceful.
