Every day is different in the life of a CSR, and you will be handling a wide variety of queries ranging from intricate functionality questions to financial data interpretation.

Job responsibilities :
Qualifications :
- At least 2 years with a previous experience in a client service.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related fields.
- Language required are fluent English and Nordic languages.
- Solid understanding of the financial industry and Financial Services.
- Familiarity with Agile and Project management is a nice to have.
- Previous experience working on Jira systems and Salesforce is an advantage.
