Dirección- Strong Data Governance background, who could help uplift general team capability as well as deliver their own portfolio
- Knowledge of SAP data Objects, such as material master, BOM, Recipes, Resources Objects, so they can help document data standards.
- Knowledge of data lifecycle processes
- Ability to identify & articulate the value of the work we are delivering in terms the business can understand.
- great networking & influencing skills.
- Be able to identify & interact with business SMEs to identify data challenges and identify, plan & deliver solutions.
- Problem solving is a big part of what we do there are lots of data fires!
- Potential for needing to task manage some more junior team members, but I’m still working that bit out, so it would be useful to have someone who has team lead experience.
- I need an experienced doer’ that I don’t need to babysit too much. The secondee will be available to them throughout the year, approximately 10% of her time.
