In collaboration with the German Marketing Director, you will actively contribute to adapting and promoting multiple PTC marketing campaigns in the local language.
You will plan the promotion of PTC's products, solutions, and services, mainly through digital channels. In close relation with the Inside Sales teams, you ensure the proper follow-up of your campaigns.
You analyze and measure the business impact of your actions.
You will join our "Demand Center," a new European and American team reporting to the Marketing Director of this department.
Our primary mission is to define, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns and actions to generate demand and support sales growth in the region.
You will be the representative of the "Demand Center" for your region (CER : Germany) and a point of contact for the Product Marketing teams at the headquarters (Boston, USA).
Day-To-Day :
- Understand PTC's overall sales and marketing strategy.
- Comprehend the business challenges in your region.
- Master the marketing campaigns provided by the headquarters.
- Contribute to defining and implementing marketing action plans for your region.
- Deploy and manage online advertising campaigns, SEA (Search Engine Advertising), LinkedIn, and third-party media strategies.
- Organize and promote virtual events such as webcasts and virtual conferences.
- Monitor and analyze the results of conducted marketing campaigns.
- Participate in other potential marketing requests or projects.
Preferred Skills and Experience :
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and understanding of email marketing strategies.
- Ability to create or adapt compelling and engaging content for various channels.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze marketing metrics.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics for performance tracking.
- Proficient in office and graphic design tools (basic level). Design skills or an understanding of graphic design principles.
- Ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Capacity to work effectively within a team and being autonomous in your daily projects.
- Willingness to share ideas and contribute to collaborative efforts.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously. You like taking acting and launching new projects.
- Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in marketing trends and strategies.
- Willingness to learn and stay updated on industry advancements.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
Basic Qualifications :
- Fluent level of English and German is mandatory : excellent written and verbal skills in both languages.
- 3-5 years of experience in Demand or Lead Generation and Digital Marketing Experience
