What you'll do - Lead multiple teams to develop great products- Prioritize and deliver cross-organizational initiatives and programs that are essential to achieving our product strategy- Take ownership of platforms and deliver end to end capabilities for the organization - Partner with product managers and other engineering leaders to drive a broad set of product, business, and organizational goals- Attract, hire, and retain top talent around the world This role requires - 7 years of experience leading engineering teams, including leading managers and architects - years of experience in Software Engineering - Ability to collaborate and partner across the organization to achieve shared goals - Experience of building high performing engineering teams - Keenness to work with frameworks and platforms vs bespoke solutions - Cultivating an inclusive and diverse environment enabling people to do their best work - History of getting things done in a distributed, large-scale, and fast-growing equal-opportunity environment
