DirecciónThe Green Recruitment Company is currently seeking for experienced Senior Project Managers, focusing on Due Diligence for large-scale renewable energy projects (Solar PV, Onshore and Offshore Wind)
Key Responsibilities :
Manage advisory assignments for solar PV and wind projects, including Due Diligence for lenders, acquisitions, and vendors.
Act as the primary client contact, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
Lead cross-functional project teams and establish internal delivery networks as needed.
Ensure on-time, high-quality, and budget-compliant project delivery.
Identify and manage project risks and issues proactively.
Provide ad-hoc technical input for projects at various stages.
Conduct technical reviews of design documentation, contracts, and financial models.
Author technical reports for clients, emphasizing attention to detail.
Analyze complex information from diverse sources for project-level decision-making.
Effectively communicate in Spanish and English, both written and verbally, to technical and non-technical colleagues and clients.
Manage international projects within a multi-disciplinary engineering environment.
Lead and present at meetings, influence stakeholders, and match resources to project roles.
Be open to international travel if needed.
Requirements :
Bachelor's Master's degree in engineering.
Proven experience in project management of renewable energy projects.
Motivated, adaptable, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to guide technical discussions.
Comfortable working with global teams and in diverse locations.
