ResponsibilitiesThe Opportunity:
- Execute Pepsico LatAm EHS - Environmental, Sustainability, Health and Safety and get the results on: Lost time Injurie rate, Days away from work, Redordable Injurie rate, General Ilness, Sustainability targets: Water lts/kg, Energy, Kwh/kg, Zero landfill and meet our Beyond Zero goals while delivering the annual targets on safety indicators.
- Additionally the position should develop the EHS TEAM with the right technical and management skills and make sure that we have the right talent to achive the goals.
Your Impact:
As EHS Manager SOCO your scope would consist of
- Lead the EHS – SASS Management system across Andean region.
- Design and plan the regional tactical objectives of greater relevance to reduce the risks of accidents in the sector and ensure their development and implementation..
- Execute ToDo Program to assure the implementation of procedures at all sites.
- Execute INSPECTION Program to validate that activities are being implemented at the sites.
- Acomplish multisite certification – ERM – EHS GLOBAL – ISO 14,001 & ISO 45,001
- Participate actively in all EHS Latam meetings and programs.
- Coaching, development and mentoring of EHS competencies across the EHS team.
- Search, assign, manage and ensure the proper use of regional funds budget to the main projects of the region, to help eliminate risks in our operations.
- Ensure compliance with legislastion including mandatory audits and PepsiCo inspection program.
Who Are We Looking For?
- Certification, experience and technical knowledge in EHS, Safety and Environmental regulation and standards.
- At least 5 years of experiencie in EHS.
- People management experience.
- 80% English Language Spoken and written

- Knowledge of relevant safety & environmental legislation.
- Risk assessment skills: MESS, LOTO, PIT, Contractor, Industrial Hygiene
- Project management skills to run and support

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with external and internal groups to develop and implement safety projects.
- 50 % travel requiredments and flexibility to work from HOME-OFFICE-PLANTS
