She / He will also ensure that new capabilities being require by Bunge worldwide are aligned with the platform solution portfolio as well as maintaining the solution integrity.
- Be capable of translating functional and non-functional requirements into components to evaluate capability model, features, and solutions.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive assessment and integrate with multiple groups seeking for viable standard solutions.
- Develop strategic platform roadmaps (Capabilities, upgrades, investment)
- Create high-level technical architecture diagrams and lead vendor towards the appropriate implementation.
- Strong interpersonal skills including Leadership and comfortable with fast paced environment.
- Ability to deal with shifting priorities and ambiguous situations.
- Lead and organize RFP and vendor engagement to assess and pilot new capabilities.
- Establish and evaluate Objectives & Key Results and performance metrics for adherence and benefits (Time-to-market, cost-to-change, etc)
- Support business cases development
- Knowledgeable as Solution architect desired for at least one big platform / solution.
- Strong Problem-Solving skills
- 7+ years of demonstrated experience in designing and implementing solutions in complex enterprise environment.
- 2+ years of experience as Salesforce architect or similar position
- English Fluency is a must.
- Practical Architecture experience with at least one of the following platforms : Microsoft, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP or GCP
- Experience in leading and managing a technical team.
- A second language, Spanish and / or Portuguese are considered a plus
- Knowledge of systems development and implementation processes.
- Experienced in designing solution architectures and leading solution / product design.
- Broad understanding of current and emerging technologies, across a diverse range of platforms.
- Knowledge and previous experience with SAP integration is a plus
- Knowledge of basic financial concepts (Budget planning and tracking)
- IT Security savvy, capable of support teams on risks and impact assessments
- Comfortable with regulatory environments Sarbanes Oxley) and continuous audit cycles (internal and external).
- Experience managing a flex sourcing model that combines employee and vendor partner resources to achieve business objectives.
- Define Platform roadmaps and lead new product assessments.
- Define Platform capabilities and data flow, consistently advise, guide and enforce Platform strategy to product teams and partners.
- Provide guidance to ensure the community can understand and apply existing architecture patterns into solution development.
- Identify areas for continuous improvement and propose changes to increase efficiency, quality, and reduce system customization.
- Work close to BT team to evaluate satellite systems decommissioning opportunities into platform stack for cost and service optimization.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in those platforms to inform future development and team strategy.
