• Act as business unit Finance leader and Partners with the BU operation leader
• Is member of the regional finance team, and implement the group, regional and BU strategy
• Expert at understanding the operations of the BU and responsible for driving financial analysis and using its insights to contribute to the decision making by the BU operations
• Contributes to the strategic and tactical decision making from the financial and economic perspective such as contract reviewing and business model optimization
• Collaborates with other areas of the Finance function to ensure reliable, timely and correct supply of information and the proper set-up and functioning of the BU planning & control-processes, administrative organization, internal controls and information systems and tax compliance

Ideally You are seated with us here in Madrid, but should your personal situation not allow this, then we can also place you in our Pamplona office or remotely.

Your profile

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in economics, finance, accounting, business administration or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in multiple finance positions in an industrial/manufacturing environment with multinational corporation
• Independent, self-starting and interested in what is behind the numbers
• Highly analytical, with problem-solving and pragmatic skills
• Change and continuous improvement minded, hands-on with a can-do mentality
• Able to communicate effectively with group as well as business partners
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
• English at least C1 level, another language is a plus.
• High proficiency in SAP and other business applications
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
• High level of customer orientation, strategic orientation, results orientation, change management, ownership and collaboration
• Able to build networks within the organization and manage changes
