The successful candidate will join an multinational team in the International BSI HQ office in Madrid
Role Responsibilities
As a team member of the Credit & Collection team, he / she will work for the German / Austrian markets from Madrid :
- 70% Perform daily tasks to keep customers accounts updated (Rebates reconciliation, Cash App instruction, Communication to KAM, AP and Finance, Customer Platform)
- 20% Weekly / Monthly reporting (Ageing report, Rebates reporting, Audit requests, Master Data requests, Payment proposal, Direct Debit proposal, Rebates conciliation etc.)
- 5% Automation / Project Collaboration Kyriba automation / Process automation of manual tasks with IT and other departments, standardization & best practice
- 5% Development, Training, Mentoring, Networking, Global project participation when required.
Possibility of evolution within 3-5 years depending on automation levels.

Qualifications & Experience
Junior people accepted (with a minimum experience through internships in US multinational company and knowledge of SAP)*
REQUIRED
Strong skills in Excel (Pack office in general)
Exceptional Team player (will have to work closely with a member of OTC team on a daily base)
SAP Module FI basics
B2+ / C1 in English
B1+ / B2 German
PREFERRED (BUT NOT REQUIRED)
SAP Module FI good user
Bachelor’s degree and / or Master’s in Finance / Accounting / Business Administration or anything to mathematical thinking and administrative duties
Multicultural, open to deal with diverse stakeholders as well as ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
COULD BE A PLUS
Fluent in Portuguese (able to read contracts) or any other European language.
Great Communication skills
Process oriented / Mathematical mind
Very good at administrative / repetitive tasks
Prior hands-on experience on any of general ledger, receivables, payables, inventories, fixed assets, etc.,
