Verisure (operating under the brand Securitas Direct in Spain and Portugal) is seeking a talented, innovative, and passionate Finance Analyst to join our growing Nordics Cluster Team .
The role will report to the Head of FP&A Nordics and will work closely with our Nordics Cluster Team, as well as support our Finance Teams in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland.
In this position, you will have the chance to impact and help drive Verisure’s growth through delivery of Finance strategy and best practices at Nordics Cluster.

Key Responsibilities
The Finance Analyst will master the knowledge of the Financial and performance data in the Nordics Cluster. This position will be a key member and instrumental in delivering accurate, timely, and well-presented reporting of finance results and forecasts.
Supports planning and decision-making by identifying, maintaining, and evaluating information, as well as recommending actions.
Contributes to the reporting cycle, monthly internal reports, and budget / forecast reporting for Nordics cluster. Moreover, delivery of Nordics cluster information requests is a key part of the role.
Responsibilities will include :
Driving growth and profitability of our operations by analyzing our business model to identify opportunities.
Coordinating and implementing transversal projects to promote the transformation of our business in Nordics from a Finance perspective.
Monitoring and providing business control support for the Nordics countries results, identifying deviations and generating the necessary analysis.
Coordinating the finance planning processes.
Consolidating cluster results, leading the follow-up of business KPIs.
Creating revenue assurance controls and follow-up dashboards.
Preparing presentations for the Company's Senior Management and shareholders on the company's performance and strategy.

The position is based in Madrid.

This position will report to the Head of FP&A Nordics.
Candidate profile
Experiences and Qualifications
We are looking for a high potential / top performer individual who will have the opportunity to learn from a growing organization and have a real impact on the business.
1-3 years in a similar role in Finance or business operations in the analytics department.
Strong Excel, SQL, Power BI, and other data visualization tools.
Experience liaising and communicating with multiple stakeholders, ideally in a matrix international organization.
Relevant and proven international working experience.
Bachelor’s degree in relevant area, preferably in Economics / Business Administration.
Fluent English, Spanish is a plus.
