- Proven experience as a Freelance Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Ability to manage full-cycle recruitment processes independently.
- Experience using online job platforms and social media for candidate sourcing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work remotely and effectively collaborate with the team.
- Flexibility to accommodate different time zones and accommodate client needs.
- Experience in the sales and marketing industry is a plus.
Benefits
Pay is $10 USD per hour.
