Join us as the Global Content and Engagement Manager at Danone's Global Center of Expertise for Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding!
We're on a mission to revolutionize Talent Acquisition at Danone, and we need your expertise to drive our initiatives forward.
From managing our Employer Branding content to managing our career site and supporting with the further roll out of cutting-edge recruiting tools like iCIMS, you'll be at the forefront of shaping how we attract top talent worldwide.
As our Global Talent Attraction Content and Engagement Manager, you'll be pivotal in keeping our content fresh, relevant, and authentic.
Your role will involve :
- Developing and executing creative Content and Engagement initiatives to educate and empower Recruiters worldwide.
- Collaborating closely with our Global TA Process Manager and Global Employer Branding Manager on key projects like updating our career site and implementing new tools like Canva.
- Creating a roadmap for driving engagement within the Talent Acquisition community and working closely with our TA Sr. Expert Community to facilitate expert contributions.

About You
In the complex Danone context, the high ambition for the TA function and the fast-paced technological landscape, especially in TA, we believe you need to bring :
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, content creation, or employee engagement roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to motivate and engage others.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Sense of humour is a must!

About the team
You work in the Global Talent Acquisition team of Koos Wurzer, Global Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Director, where we operate as the Center of Expertise of the Talent Attraction function for Danone worldwide.
You will get to work with people like Javier FERNANDEZ SANTIN, Kasia IMIOLO and external consultants Patrick BOONSTRA, Vincent AUST and Florine POST and even though the team is spread out over Barcelona, Paris, Warsaw and Amsterdam, our love for communicating primarily through GIFs in the TEAMS chat is something that bonds us (and actually should be topping the list of requirements in this job ad)
