About the role

As Technology Global Head for Commercial Finance, you will

  • Build industry leading Commercial Finance solutions, that are relevant for CFOs, BPAs and Commercial Operations community in the country / cluster / region / global
  • Contribute to Sandoz sales and profit margin improvement through Revenue, Tender and Pricing Management Solutions
  • Develop relevant technology enabled solution & digitization in E2E Finance Commercial processes (TGT setting, etc.), Mgt Reporting, and Forecasting
  • Involve and shape enterprise Commercial Finance Technology solutions direction, strategy, and roadmap for Finance domain in alignment with finance strategic priorities in partnership with Platform & Architecture Domain and Finance Data Analytics team
  • Ensuring relevant analytics technology (tools and systems) are used at scale for the enterprise, following industry best standards and continuous improvement

You'll be accountable for :

  • Lead the Commercial Finance Technology team
  • Develop Revenue management, pricing, tendering and trade / retail channel execution tools, using digital, advanced data analytics and AI capabilities that drive Sandoz pharmacy business growth and ROI improvement
  • Collaborate with Regional and Global Finance teams to drive improvement in Revenue, Tender Pricing and Gross-to-net ROI through a consistent and structured approach for opportunity identification analytics, planning, governance and execution
  • Drive development and execution of automated and intelligent analytics solutions within Finance, for use in markets and regions to ensure revenue / profit improvement
  • Drive technology solutions in Commercial Finance and Trade / Retail channel knowledge, and leverage at scale best practices across key markets
  • Collaborate with the Sandoz Data Analytics, and finance teams to drive continued data governance and quality to enable leverage of advanced analytics to drive Pricing and G2N insights and improve commercial performance
  • Support commercial, financial and legal reviews and due diligence as required
  • Assess and plan for industrialization and scale up of successful digital innovation pro-jects across relevant markets, integrating into product roadmap
  • Foster a culture of innovative, high performance and trust

Role Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Marketing, Technology and / or Business. Master’s degree (e.g. : MBA) is preferred

Fluent English written and spoken

  • 10 years experience in Techonology or Digital for commercial / finance experience with 3 years’ experience in Revenue Management digital solutions and / or Trade Management digital solutions
  • Experience in producing Key Performance Indicators or similar monthly reports for Senior Management
  • Leading and developing digital solutions in a cross-functional, collaborative environment is a must
  • Knowledge in eco-system applications, familiarity with the DSAI / ML solution in RPMS areas for the Pharma and / or consumer products
  • Consistent track record of Revenue Management operations in industry experience and understanding of complex enterprise data landscapes and different system relationships
  • Experience in Agile project delivery and general management in an international environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of business processes, experience in regulated system environment and ability to speak the business language when talking about RPMS subjects
