Mission
We have a great opportunity to join our Global Marketing dynamic team, based in our HQ in Barcelona. Reporting into our Chief Marketing Officer, this role is responsible for brand strategy formulation for the Psoriasis portfolio and the creation and delivery of the global brand plans and the development of direct reports.
In addition, this leadership role will contribute to the overall company direction and lead or participate in key global projects.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Define, implement, and lead the psoriasis portfolio strategy in close collaboration with key country-level colleagues and global functions.
Lead the psoriasis brand teams (biologics, systemics and topicals).
Support the development of culture and behaviors, mindset and capabilities needed to reinforce the role of Almirall as a leader in the dermatology landscape.
Collaborate closely with the Medical Affairs Team to ensure continuous generation of new data and evidence from Phase III and Phase IV studiesCollaborate crossfuntionally with key teams in the organization to define the Life Cycle Management plan for the psoriasis franchise
- Constantly look for ways to innovate in our communication approach, to deliver best-in-class messages to a broad range of customers (including use of all available channels)
- Work together with the Global Market Insights department to make strategic decisions based on data, analysis and insights.
Promote a data-driven mindset in the team.
- Contribute to the assessment of the evolved portfolio working with the Innovation & New Product Planning department
- Liaise with our global and local Business Development teams participating in projects for inorganic growth opportunities
- Develop a network of external relationships relevant to the franchise.
Be an active participant in the CMO Leadership Team
Education
University degree, preferable within business (MBA) or life sciences.
Experience
Experience
Demonstrated expertise in Medical Dermatology Marketing; launch experience preferred
- 10+ years of experience in marketing / commercial positions in international environments ).
- Experience leading diseases area(s) in Europe (ideally, at a global level).
- Experience developing a global disease area strategy.
- Experience in successfully managing a diverse and talented team.
- Experience generating and managing relationships with KOLs and patient advocacy groups.
- Demonstrated success in independently developing, executing, and measuring international marketing programs
- Experience in budget preparation and management.
- Experience working with internal / external vendors
