How to contribute to our vision :
We are looking for an Industrial Platform Manager, fully responsible for successful execution of Components Engineering Projects.
You will become part of a high-performance team responsible for the new industrial platform generation for developing auxiliary converter for Offshore wind turbines
- The Project Manager manages projects with responsibility for successful execution :
- Executes the project within the defined requirements (e.g. budget, time, functionality).
- Ensures business success and satisfaction of the customer and ensures professional stakeholder management.
- Ensures timely decisions on open issues, escalating if necessary.
In the context of Engineering :
- Manages a network of technical specialists in order to realize customer specific components.
- Coordinates the Engineering disciplines and the cooperation with involved regional Engineering units including their interfaces.
- Performs technical risk management.
- Supports full llife cycle of the product.
What you need to make a difference :
Skills and experience
- PMI Certification
- University degree in electronics or electricity
- Between 2-5 years of experience
- Fluent in English (B2)
- Tools : Planisware, Microsoft Project, Office, Word, SAP
- Methodical and practical approach in organize meetings
- Autonomy
- Team coordination skills
- Efficiency
- Be able to control budget, control planning, ensure that all quality parameters are met
