The Governance Manager ensures that processes and procedures are formalized, followed and improved as necessary to meet customer and/or market demands.
The Governance Manager also leads the coordination of the activities of Learning Development and Go-To-Market to ensure they are well integrated and run effectively.
This position is key for the success of the commercial teams selling our products and for our customers using them. S/he acts as an Internal Consultant making recommendations on how to work better, simpler and more efficiently. The role of Governance Manager is making the bridge between internal organizations and clients and is the heart of many strategic initiatives.
Common accountabilities:
- Drive the framework of processes making recommendations to improve the way of working in the areas of Go-To-Market and Learning Development. including their relations with other teams.
- Implement and manage these processes in the organizations of Go-To-Market and Learning Development
- Support the Go-To-Market area in the area of Product Readiness
- Ensure the planning of Go-To-Market and Learning Development are synchronized and find synergies between the two areas managing at the best the capacity of all teams.
- Lead Special Transversal Projects in the area of GoLD (Go-To-Market and Learning Development)
Specific accountabilities:
- Map, formalize and follow-up on processes associated with particular objectives or activities.
- Identify and measure key performance indicators to evaluate process effectiveness and efficiency.
- Identify and support process improvement opportunities.
- Develop and promote tools and techniques to increase process efficiency and improve performance.
- Develop, implement and maintain a performance measurement and reporting system.
- Promote a process-based, customer-focused and performance-driven culture throughout the organization.
