Reporting to the HRBP, the SSC HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting the SSC HR Team with the day-to-day management of HR operations, administration of the policies, procedures and programs of the organization regarding the full employee full life cycle). * Support to SSC employees, managers when required, assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties providing first-class HR service * Support to the HRBPs in the recruitment processes * Back up the Compensation & Benefits Specialist in the full payroll process together with preparation of contracts, benefits administration, and ad-hoc queries * Ownership of the whole pre-onboarding and onboarding program for the new joiners, which includes: first day communications, delivery of onboarding presentations, preparation of new employee files, assistance in contract preparations and social security communications * Ownership of our Buddy Programme for our new employees * Management and administration of our Company Induction Training monthly and ad-hoc Business Shadowing Training including the agenda and preparation of the session * Collaboration in the internal communications plan and post of regular/ad-hoc internal communications to the employees and people managers at the SSC * Owner and maintenance of our HR systems, files (hard & soft copies), spreadsheets, reports up to date while ensuring an excellent accuracy, providing support to the Team with Dashboards and graphs updates on all Data HR Kpi´s. * Maintenance of quality service by following organization standards. Assistance in internal audit of employee data, vendor data * Performance of file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained * Documentation of all activities and changes within appropriate systems timely and accuratelyContributing to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Solicitud
* Ideally bachelor's degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration/Finance, Psychology or equivalent * Ideal of a minimum of 3 years experience as HR generalist * Fluency in English and any other European languages will be asset * Excellent level of MS Office programmes (excel, power point, teams, forms, etc.) * Previous experience in payroll processes and Spanish labor law knowledge is a plus * Accuracy, attention to detail, excellent quality management skills and high-level of customer experience orientation * Positive "Can do" attitude, proactivity and ability to work in a team and in a fast-paced environment
