The Role :
Report to the Talent Acquisition manager, this position entails responsibilities in the following functional HR areas : recruitment, onboardings, employee relations, administrative labor.
Your main tasks would be as follows :
- Assist the recruiting and hiring process : SDRs 's campaigns, post job openings, review resumes, conduct telephone and in-person interviews for candidates from different markets
- Prepare onboarding of new joiners (contracts / universities relationships / legal processes)
- Support the HRBP in the daily operations and office management
- Organize and maintain employee files, ensuring that everything is up to date
- Help organize and coordinate team events and team building activities
- Help out with policy implementation and optimisation of existing HR processes

Requirements
We are looking for someone with the following experiences and skills :
- You are finishing your bachelor or master’s degree in the field of Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations, preferably with a specialization in HR
- You are fluent in English and Spanish
- You are available for a full-time internship of 6 months
- Hands-on, flexible, dynamic and have excellent team working skills
- You have strong customer service skills and problem-solving capabilities
- You have exceptional written and oral communication skills
