s growth objectives, establishing and monitoring KPIs and metrics to measure its successLead, mentor and manage a team of 6 recruitersExplore, implement, and optimize recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and to create a positive candidate experienceDesign and implement sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates through various channelsCollaborate with Ops managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and establish hiring criteriaContribute to enhancing the employer brand, making the organization an attractive choice for top talentManage the TA budget, ensuring cost-effective recruitment strategiesEnsure compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations in all aspects of the recruitment processContribute to succession planning efforts by identifying and developing internal talent and incorporating diversity and inclusion initiativesStay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to maintain competitiveness in Talent Acquisition
Requirements
5+ years of proven experience in recruitment and Talent Acquisition, ideally within the BPO sector Solid experience in managing and leading a recruitment team effectively Understanding and experience of the BPO industry, including its trends, challenges, best practices, cultural fit, and required rolesDirect knowledge in shaping and delivering effective short and long-term recruitment strategies, sourcing methods, and retention initiativesAwareness of labour laws and regulations related to recruitment, ensuring the organization complies with legal requirementsYou are a team player, with a humble and positive mindset, and stellar communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders, team members, and candidatesYou can adapt easily to the industry dynamics, and be flexible in adjusting the strategy accordingly to business needs You are a problem solver and an out-of-the-box thinker to keep optimizing the recruitment processes
