Our client is a fast-growing BPO provider and partner to the biggest global brands. They are looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to lead their European branch, and play a pivotal role in driving the hiring strategy by enhancing the organization’s recruiting and sourcing capabilities to attract top talents.

Tasks
- Collaborate with Operation Managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and establish a hiring approach for 3 European sites
- Facilitate regular meetings to report on hiring progress, flag issues, and prioritize action plans
- Coach, lead, and manage a team of 6 recruiters across 3 sites, allocating roles, sharing best practices, measuring metrics, etc
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer) for open roles
- Develop and execute a hiring strategy to deliver a strong talent pipeline, adapted to the market and to the company’s growth objectives
- Design and implement sourcing strategies across a geographically dispersed team to proactively attract quality candidates through various channels
- Establish and monitor KPIs and metrics to measure the hiring success
- Stay informed about market trends, and talent insights to maintain competitiveness in the hiring performance
Requirements
- Full professional level of English
- A degree in HR or any other field
- At least 3 years of recruitment experience in the BPO industry, with a proven track record of handling big volumes
- At least 1 year of experience in managing and leading a recruitment team toward success
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management capabilities, to manage expectations and delivery
- Direct knowledge in shaping and delivering effective short and long-term sourcing and recruitment strategies nationally and internationally (a plus!). You focus on quality!
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with a go-getter mindset to meet targets
- Resourceful, proactive and an out-of-the-box thinker to keep driving improvements
- A great team player, with stealer communication and interpersonal skills
