Airbus Crisa (TSPI) is the organization within Airbus DS - Space Systems in charge of design, development and production of Avionics Equipment for Space applications, both to Airbus DS internal customer and for external customers. Within Operations and Programs section, Industrial Management & Planning is the department in charge of production management, stock availability and overall planning. In the frame of Electronic Equipment Industrial Management & Planning you will be the responsible for the production activities coordination within the assigned project according the product plan to achieve the final product On-Time, On-Cost, On-Quality. Maintain the operational excellence and ensure the customer (projects) satisfaction by contributing to Operations delivering electronic modules on time, on cost, on quality. To manage the manufacturing process activities from the design, managing the material availability, Manufacturing Readiness to start production and product packaging and shipment to end customer. To plan and follow the manufacturing activities according the project production plan with the required quality. Regular exchange with the Manufacturing Engineering, EAQA and test Teams to get update of project schedule. Production cost control. Interface between Project Core Team and Extended Core Team. Materials and means for production readiness assessment. To evaluate the production issues and problems to solve any potential pain point and trace it as lesson learnt. To anticipate the likely blocking/pain points to avoid extra costs or extra delays in production. To support the internal improvement process within the section. Propose and deploy improvements of the processes and tools related to Production Planning. Guarantee application of working methods and processes, ensure success of the annual audits (EN9100, ISO14001) and of any other process audits Higher Education (Grade or Master) related to Aeronautic, Industrial, Electronic Engineering Language required: C1Certificates: Grade or MasterWork experience: An activity carried out for space, military or medical applications will be appreciated. Proven experience in a similar position, preferably in production of electronic boards/unitsSoftskills: Proactivity, organization, autonomy and Team Work. Customer support approach. Disciplined and methodic person with capability to negotiate with diverse teamsIT Skills: Knowledge of generic IT tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project…). Knowledge in ERP concept and tools. U. ) is a Spanish company founded in 1985 to design and manufacture electronic equipment, systems and software for space applications, specialising mainly in satellites, launchers, orbital infrastructure and space transportation vehicles. Other activities include engineering projects for ground control stations. Airbus Crisa currently belongs to the Space Equipment organisation in the Space Systems division of Airbus Defence and Space, although it is a legally independent company (CRISA, a wholly owned subsidiary of Airbus Defence and Space S. A. U. ) which currently employs more than 450 highly qualified people. Airbus Crisa is located in the Madrid Technology Park in Tres Cantos Airbus Crisa is a reference in the international space equipment market for which we provide solutions and products to most of the prime contractors in the sector, both national and international. Since 2004, Airbus Crisa has also collaborated with NASA and the INTA Astrobiology Centre for Mars exploration missions. Recent important missions and projects include MEDA (Mars Environmental Dynamics Analyzer) developed for NASA's Perseverance rover, the electric propulsion electronics units for BepiColombo mission, our units for the Airbus Oneweb constellation, and for the Group's Astrobus, Eurostar, and Onesat platforms. Finally, we would like to mention our participation in the NASA-led Artemis programme with units on board the Orion spacecraft and in the Gateway HALO module.
