• Recruitment coordination, managing vacancies in applicant tracking system:(opening, posting and closing roles, interview scheduling, offer management) – also for Campus roles.
• Internal recruitment
• On-boarding agent; coordinate pre-boarding activities to ensure On-boarding process
• Serves as admin support to Recruiters, Hiring Managers and HR BPs
• Reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates
• Identifying issues and working on process improvements
• Participating in team meetings and training sessions

• Basic MS Office skills
• Fluent English and Spanish is a must
• Attention to details and ability to focus
• Fluent Italian will be a plus
• Eagerness to learn and develop in the area of Talent Acquisition
