Your tasks
- Excitingtask in 1st level support in incident / change management of thesystem environment in a dynamic and expanding company
- Maintaining and monitoring desktops, laptops, telephonyand other hardware and software
- Procuring,installing, configuring, operating and maintaining hardware andsoftware in accordance with Group guidelines
- Manage the client management environment
- Determine and implement IT security measures
- Collaboration in IT-relevant projects
- Collaboration with Group IT in the definition of IT solutions
- Conducting training courses for employees
Your profile
- Experience in supporting end users
- Relevant professional experience withknowledge in the areas of Windows Client Management, MDM - MobileDevice Management, User Management, Application Management
- Initial experience with ITIL processes andan ITSM system desirable
- Very goodcommunication in German and English
