It Management Support

What You Will Do

• management of external IT resources and coordination with external suppliers to ensure project objectives are met
• organization and moderation of regular meetings with IT suppliers to ensure service quality and compliance with SLAs
• independent handling and support of internal inquiries and coordination tasks, giving support of the team leads within the Strategy & Global Services department and planning and conducting regular Technology Board meetings to promote strategic IT alignment
• leadership and assumption of smaller projects and initiatives within the IT Post-Trading area
• active participation and support in the development and implementation of IT governance structures and process management initiatives
• creation and presentation of evaluations, reports, and presentations for the Senior Management and support in budget, invoice management and financial planning of the IT department

What You Bring

• bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration with a focus on IT, or a comparable qualification
• strong problem-solving abilities and capacity planning skills with first knowledge and / or experience in project management activities, with strong affinity for technology and a constant interest in further development in this area
• analytical abilities and capacity to present complex information in an understandable manner
• good skills in MS Office, with expertise in developing presentations and performing calculations
• ability to work in a reliable, self-organized, and flexible way in a fast-paced and international environment with strong customer focus and high service orientation
• high communication skills in both spoken and written Spanish and English. German language skills are a plus, but not mandatory
