Your maintasks
- On-site and remote supportin the town hall and municipal facilities (e.g. daycare centers,building yard, community center, music school, municipal library)
- Support with application issues relating toMicrosoft Windows 10, current Microsoft Office versions and the ITservice provider AKDB
- Assistance withhardware and software malfunctions, analysis and documentation ofrequests and responsibility for the progress of support tickets
- Internal preparation and handover ofhardware products (PC, notebook, smartphone, tablet)
- Maintenance of existing hardware and software, includingservice work on servers and network components
Your profile
- Successfully completed training as an IT specialist(m / f / d) in system integration or comparable qualification
- Sound knowledge in the IT sector and enjoyworking in a technical field
- Very goodknowledge in the areas of client / server in Microsoft environments
- Very good knowledge of network technologyand network infrastructure, operating systems (primarily Windows10) and current end devices in the client-server area(workstations, notebooks, printers, scanners, smartphones)
- Experience in a hotline or similar supportenvironment is desirable
- A quick grasp andreliable and independent way of working
- Acalm and confident demeanor in stressful situations and the abilityto work under pressure
- Commitment, abilityto work in a team and a high sense of responsibility
