DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accounting :
- Accounting for transactions, collections, payments, costs and income.
- Review and balance notes / records.
- Analysis of advance accounts, fixed assets, funds to be rendered, loans, etc. Etc.
- Tax forms and other regulatory bodies.
- Accounting closures :
- Support accounting closings by analyzing general ledger accounts.
- Perform reconciliations and balancing of accounting accounts.
- Make supplier payment postings.
- Monthly bank reconciliations o Support in the preparation of forecasts.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Education in business administration, finance. Degree or Bachelor.
- Fluent English it’s mandatory. Native Spanish. Catalan will be a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office : Excel is essential.
- SAP, FI tools, ERP knowledge will be a plus.
- Analysis of liability and asset ledger accounts, squaring of balances.
- Accounting : for collections, payments and invoices.
- Payment management, bank conciliations.
- Analysis of income and expense accounts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical abilities and problem-solving aptitudes.
- Proactive, responsible, teamwork, hands-on attitude.
- Organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively and results-oriented.
